The easiest way to achieve the stubble look is to let your beard grow 4-5 days before trimming it.
Begin with the 3mm setting on the trimmer and ensure an even trim by reaching all areas of your face. If your beard feels too long, reduce the setting to 2mm or 1mm until you find the length of the stubble that works for you.
Remove the guard of your trimmer and begin trimming at your Adam’s apple and gradually move up onto your face. You should find the beginning of hair growth around your Adam’s apple. Clean up any stray hairs on your cheeks and around your upper lip area.
Maintaining a well-groomed appearance means trimming your stubble every 2-3 days. Keep your skin hydrated with moisturizer; stubble can cause your skin to dry out. Avoid alcohol-based moisturizers as they can irritate your skin.
