A HAIR ESSENTIAL

Recent ill health has meant my hair badly needs cutting. The resulting unkempt look is not flattering! The arrival of the Braun Satin-Hair 7 seemed to be an answer to my prayers. However, my first impressions were not good. This hair dryer is quite heavy and the 3 nozzles took some effort to slot into place.Despite this I carried on and was very glad I did! I used all the settings on the dryer with 2 of the 3 nozzles in turn. I couldn't believe the results! They were incredible! Without conditioner, setting lotion or even hair spray, my hair has volume, shape and shine which lasts for days! Even my split ends have greatly improved! I did not use the diffuser but only because my hair is not long enough to need one.My favourite is the colour saver nozzle. Even on full heat I can use this next to my scalp without burning it.To sum up, the Braun Satin-Hair 7 is a superb hair dryer which does everything it claims to do and more. The only drawbacks are it's size and weight which are more suited to professional salon use and the poor design of the nozzle fitting method. Solve these niggles and Braun will have an absolute winner! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The best hairdryer I've owned, especially for fine hair

This is the first Braun hairdryer that I have owned and, I must say, I'm certainly impressed beyond belief with it.I tend to use the Satin mode more than anything as I have quite fine hair that's prone to damage. Also, having fine hair, I am normally plagued with static after using other hair dryers. With this one though, I don't have any problems at all. There is also an Ionic mode, which Braun says blasts your hair with Ions. In truth, I'm not quite sure how this works. There are three heat settings, as well as three power levels, a colour saver mode and the Ionic button. The dryer also comes with attachments for curly hair and, for styling. The power cord is also a fair length as well and, I can use the hairdryer without having to crawl around near the plug sockets.I would say that, from towel dried hair it takes just less than 10 minutes for this hairdryer to work its magic.Friends and family have noticed a difference in my hair now that I have started to use this dryer and, for the better too!Needless to say, I think I'm totally converted to using Braun again for my hair care products. I would give this haidryer a 10/10 with a gold star! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Braun Satin Hair 7 hair dryer- and thats what you get!

This hair dryer definately does what it says on the tin so to speak! This dryer is specially designed for coloured hair it uses a new technology apparently which helps keep the moisture in with a special attachment that allows both cool and hot air to circulate allowing your hair to cool down quicker avoiding dryness and preserving your colour better. My colour hasnt changed but I have noticed my hair is smoother after blow drying and it is definately looking more satin and shiny looking. It has 3 heat settings and 2 blow dry settings and an 'Anti dry out' setting which helps to prevent your hair being damaged and drying out.It comes with 3 attachments, a diffuser , a concentrator nozzle for precision drying and a colour saver nozzle which blends cool and hot air preventing heat damage. I found this nozzle excellent! This dryer is not just for coloured hair but really for anyone that does a lot of heat styling and is prone to dry hair so if you use straighteners every day this hair dryer is perfect for you.I do think this dryer is maybe a little heavier than your standard dryer and the nozzle is bigger than my usual dryer making it feel like it's blowing a lot of hair around but attach one of the 3 nozzles to suit your drying style and that does the trick. This dryer feels like it is built to last and does an excellent job!It has a nice long power cable and the mesh at the back of the dryer is easily cleaned by wiping it or brushing it rather than having to unscrew or twist it off.Overall this is a very attractive, sleek looking hairdryer which leaves your hair feeling the same!I highly recommended it !! Satin hair 7

It arrived and I was well excited. It was packaged really well and comes with 3 different heads. It looks lovely and is light weight which is a must. It's pretty cool looking when it's turned on. My hair is really thick and hard to dry so I'm dead picky with my hairdryers but after using the satin hair 7 I would recommend it to a friend. The other thing if I had to moan is the attachments are a bit fiddly to get on. Apart from this it's an amaze balls product. :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

SATIN HAIR 7 COLOUR SAVER DRYER - Love it!

I have used my SATIN HAIR 7 COLOUR SAVER DRYER a few times now and would highly recommend it. I like how it does not feel harsh on my hair compared to other dryers I've used, the air flow feels like a gentle breeze rather than a blast of air, although still drys my hair in a short space of time. I've been using it on full power but only on the first heat settings as I feel this is sufficient. The outer casing does not get hot to the touch which is an added bonus. where have you been all my life?

I've been trying the Satin Hair 7 Colour dryer for 7 days and am officially in love. I've got very dry, very bleached hair that is washed and straightened daily so am always looking for new gadgets or products to stop it from looking like a bale of hay and have definitely found it with this dryer. It looks great, isn't too loud or heavy and does exactly what it says it does. With a variety of speeds and settings as well as a cold blast function and a specific "satin button" delivering a cooler but effective setting which leaves your hair feeling dry but cool in the core. My hair has been noticeably shinier and less frizzy and is now incredibly soft and manageable. Oh and the dryer is pretty good looking itself! All that's left to say is that this hairdryer is amazing. #gotitfree #bzzagent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Miss hookway

I loved the Satin.hair7..... I like the design and style of it and the colour saver nozzle. I used a diffusor before, so very much the same as others. Cant really tell yet about the anti dry out, but time will tell after using it for a while. The only downfall I found was that it was on the heavy side, but other then that a great hair dryer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A Hair Raising Result? (Braun-Satin Hair 7 Hairdryer)

I couldn't wait to use this hair dryer, it looked good and on the box sounded great. Satin hair from a hair dryer..hhmm, lets give it a go!So DAY 1 - i actually used it to dry my daughters hair, and the first thing i noticed was that it was slightly heavier than my usual hair dryer but I don't see this as a negative just could feel the slight difference in weight. The other thing i noticed straight away was that the guard on the back was brilliant, secure and safe and not likely to catch my hair in (like other hair dryers do) and more importantly safer to use on my daughters. So when using on my hair - I noticed that the power did make a difference in that it dried my hair (which is rather thick) slightly faster than usual, and great when in a rush to dry my duaghters hair before going to school too! With regards to the main selling feature of making it more satin like and to withhold colour I did notice a difference - maybe not a huge difference but my hair was not quite as frizzy as the usual wig when dried.. the results may not have been a dramatic result as this maybe becuase my hair is quite thick. However, I noticed when picking my daughter up from school her hair had stayed sleek, now this is unusual - so actually what this hairdryer claims to do may not be too far from the truth! The look and feel of hairdyer was fab, and for normal type hair i think it would work in ways Braun promises however I am only rating this 3 stars because I don't think it will live up to working as well with thicker hair.
